  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with customers across all channels
  • Natural problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

  • Rate: $24-$27/hour depending on experience
  • Weekly: 40 hours, 8 AMโ€“8 PM ET, Mon-Fri when phone support is available
