- Strong phone comms with proven phone-based support experience
- Experience with ticketing and customer engagement platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Help Scout)
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers across all channels
- Natural problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

- Type: Seasonal contract
- Contract Period: Feb 1 - Apr 30, 2026
- Rate: $24-$27/hour depending on experience
- Weekly: 40 hours, 8 AMโ8 PM ET, Mon-Fri when phone support is available
