Your new company

A lot has changed at Frontify over the last decade, but people continue to be at the heart of our vision.

Every day, we empower thousands of brand builders worldwide — including teams at Lufthansa, KIA, Vodafone, and Uber — to create brands that have an impact. Our more than 300 employees collaborate and engage in and around our headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City. And we’re looking for new team members to join us.

We’re built on a collaborative culture of experimentation, trust, and transparency. If you want to help us achieve our mission of creating a home where brands can thrive, read on.

Your team

Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch. They’re designers, brand managers, content managers, and everyone who’s involved in the creative space – a group from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, they're a community of parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.

Your mission

You'll join Frontify's dynamic Growth Marketing team as the dedicated Conversion Optimization (CRO) Specialist, leveraging your creative problem-solving skills and passion for data-driven strategies. As a key player on our team, you will develop and implement innovative optimization strategies to enhance user journeys and drive conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our optimization initiatives are seamlessly integrated with broader marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities

  • You’ll develop innovative testing hypotheses and optimization strategies that blend creative solutions with data-driven insights.
  • You’ll optimize user journeys to ensure seamless transitions from initial contact to customer conversion, focusing on relationship-building.
  • You’ll understand and experiment with a wide spectrum of marketing channels (ads, content, etc.) to optimize conversion rates across all touchpoints.
  • You’ll conduct research into the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas, and turn findings into actionable insights for optimization strategies.
  • You’ll utilize web analytics tools to perform in-depth analyses of user behavior, identifying conversion barriers and optimization opportunities.
  • You’ll implement Growth-Driven Design (GDD) principles by continuously analyzing user behavior and making incremental improvements based on real-time data.
  • You’ll communicate the purpose and expected outcomes of optimization efforts to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • You’ll measure and report on the performance of CRO initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • You’ll stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in conversion optimization.
  • You’ll integrate user feedback and qualitative data into the optimization process to ensure user-centric changes.
  • Your story

  • You feel comfortable and excited to come to our St. Gallen or London office twice per week.
  • You have 3+ years of proven experience in a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) role, preferably within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • You are passionate about conversion optimization and have a relentless drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • You have strong proficiency in web analytics tools and data analysis techniques.
  • You are proficient with A/B testing platforms and CRO tools.
  • You have extensive experience with a range of Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing technology (Martech) tools.
  • You have a solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • You have the ability to visualize and create mock-ups of ideas and changes on platforms such as Figma.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and pay attention to detail.
  • You have strong communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • You have experience collaborating with marketing, development, and design teams to achieve optimization goals.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to take ownership of projects, driving them from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
  • You have a keen interest in the branding and design space.
