FP&A Analyst (Procurement & Systems)

📋 Description

• Lead development of Purchasing KPIs; identify spend-down targets by category.
• Partner with Purchasing to analyze vendor spend and spot cost savings.
• Develop financial models to evaluate contracts, pricing, and TCO.
• Build and optimize dashboards for procurement performance and savings.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly spend reporting; support 90-day planning.
• Present procurement performance findings to leadership.
• Review SOPs; fix gaps; drive standardization and best practices.
• Drive system automation and data integrity for scalable FP&A.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in finance or procurement; public company experience preferred.
• Thrive in dynamic environments; drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Understand interdependency of teams; collaborate to improve processes.
• Strong understanding of procurement, accounting and FP&A systems and how they integrate.
• Pivot between granular details and big-picture strategic topics.
• Familiar with FP&A tools and systems; e.g., Pigment, Coupa, NetSuite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; convey complex concepts succinctly to executives.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $104,000 - $166,000 per year.
