- 6+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup
- Experience building or evolving recruiting function (processes/tools)
- Recruit across technical and business roles (engineering, data, product; commercial, G&A)
- Own full-cycle recruiting independently
- Hands-on with modern tools: Greenhouse and Juicebox, AI tools
