Own product vision and roadmap across visibility, guardrails, and agentic execution
Define core abstractions: process, policy, metric, and agent in the platform
Partner with AI Engineers to shape agent behavior, evaluation loops
Work with Infrastructure leadership to ensure security, compliance, and scalability
Collaborate with Product Engineers to design intuitive UX on top of AI systems
Lead customer discovery with design partners and early enterprise adopters

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building complex software products in enterprise/platform
Founding/early-stage PM capable of defining direction
Strong fluency in AI systems and distributed infra
CS degree strongly preferred
Reliability-critical systems experience
Bonus: AI-native/agentic products; enterprise workflows
