• Zero-to-one founder mindset
• Deep conviction in AI as a foundational shift
• Power user of Lovable, or able to demo from experience
• Door-opener in Finnish startup ecosystem, or path to it quickly
• Equally at home with founders and enterprise buyers; adapt the message
• Strong storyteller translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
