  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years direct, full-cycle recruitment across levels.
  • Experience developing and executing innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms; ATS familiarity.
  • Preferred: Lever ATS experience and engineering/scientific network.
  • Preferred: AI for recruiting activities.
