Therapy Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Schedule therapy clients via phone, email, and self-scheduling.
• Verify insurance benefits and coordinate with the RCM Benefits team.
• Handle cancellations, reschedules, and payor availability requests.
• Manage client accounts, including creation and updates.
• Monitor and support therapist requests through SupportHub.
• Distribute KPI reports on cancellations and calendar trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Medical office and HIPAA experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication; HIPAA privacy
• Highly organized and a great multitasker
• Strong computer skills
