- 4+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, GTM, Forecasting, or Management Consulting
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics: ARR/MRR, pipeline coverage, velocity, CAC, LTV, churn
- Advanced Excel/Sheets for modeling; CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Hypothesis-driven problem solving with clear communication to senior stakeholders
- SQL experience valued; AI analytics or sales enablement tools a plus
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
