📋 Description

  • Lead growth and performance of Flex's enterprise partnerships
  • Operate at intersection of strategy, analytics, cross-functional execution
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships
  • Role is hybrid 2-3 days/week in NYC, SF or Salt Lake City
  • Help unlock opportunities, monitor performance, deliver impact
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in FinTech/SaaS business development, partnerships
  • Proven success launching and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior-level influence
  • Bachelor’s degree required

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary NY/NJ/CA: $160k-$172k
  • Other states: $145k-$155k
