🎯 Requirements
- 6-8+ years in FinTech/SaaS business development or partnerships
- Proven track record launching and scaling strategic partnerships
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder influence
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree required
