- Act as primary technical expert for regional escalations across all vehicle subsystems.
- Perform root-cause analysis using logs, diagnostics, and fleet data.
- Partner with HQ FSE team to improve diagnostics, tooling, and detection capabilities.
- Lead field validation, hardware/software bring-up, and testing for updates.
- Develop scalable troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and countermeasures.
- Support operational needs through occasional travel.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
- 6+ years in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles.
- Vehicle hardware/software architectures, diagnostics, and safe low/high voltage troubleshooting (UDS).
- Holistic system-level problem solving to root cause.
- Experience reading schematics, electrical diagrams, and pinouts.
- Bonus: EV technology experience.
