- We’re hiring a Financial Controller to support a portfolio of industrial services companies.
- Hands-on role: full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, inventory oversight.
- Partner with presidents and owner-operators to drive profitability and strategy.
- Manage month-end and year-end closes, accruals, fixed assets, and revenue.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of Controller or Senior Accounting experience
- Proven experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing industries
- Small/medium business experience; fractional or outsourced accounting a plus
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online, POS systems, NetSuite ERP, OneStream
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
