📋 Description

• Develop and maintain CRE underwriting models for development, acquisition, and disposition.
• Break down and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Utilize and maintain databases tracking investment sales activity and metrics.
• Present and support analyses to clients.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends.
• Assist with researching, writing, and proofing market intelligence for marketing materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel modeling skills, including VBA and complex formulas.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy.
• Commercially astute with ability to serve diverse client groups.
• Excellent written communication and data visualization skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
