Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Develop reporting workflows with ERP/CRM and finance tools
• Build and maintain financial models for strategic decisions
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for leadership
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to track pipeline, bookings, renewals
• Support revenue forecasting; identify trends or risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 0–2 years experience; internships or coursework acceptable
• Strong proficiency in Excel (required)
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a bonus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
