Account Executive (Austin, TX) at Files.com
Responsible for the sales process for new prospective customers from SDR handoff to close. The Account Executive will manage end-to-end prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing with potential customers for Files.com's services. This role collaborates with SDRs, sales engineering, and customer success to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales process from initial contact through close for new prospective customers
- Qualify inbound/outbound leads and manage pipeline to meet or exceed quotas
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate value proposition of Files.com
- Collaborate with SDRs, sales engineers, and customer success to move opportunities forward
- Forecast accurately and provide regular updates to leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes
- Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate to Austin
- Ability to travel as needed
