  • Plan and execute LATAM field and partner marketing initiatives with sales.
  • Execute events, webinars, and localized campaigns to generate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Ops for targeting and follow-up.
  • Lead capture and routing in Salesforce and marketing automation.
  • Monitor program performance and report leads, pipeline, and conversions.
  • Manage invoices, contracts, and expenses for budget reconciliation.

  • 3+ years in event management and field marketing.
  • Experience supporting other field programs beyond physical events.
  • Experience working with direct sales, SDRs, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with budget tracking and reconciliation across an event series.
  • Experience contributing to pipeline-building responsibility.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation.
  • Must be metrics-driven.
