  • Execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch and post-analysis.
  • Drive campaign-sourced and campaign-influenced pipeline with Sales.
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales on integrated campaigns.
  • Activate campaigns across channels: email, digital, events, mail, social, and in-person.
  • Create campaign-aligned sales enablement materials and support activation.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics using Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4โ€“6 years in B2B campaign marketing, field marketing, or demand gen in SaaS or HR tech.
  • Proven experience executing integrated campaigns as an individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking campaign performance and pipeline impact.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong project management, organization, and execution skills.
