The purpose of this role is to ensure the success of assigned Franchise Partners by acting as a trusted advisor, consulting on profitability, marketing, and operational excellence.
This role will be based in the Twin Cities and cover the MN market including some stores in surrounding states.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Accounting (or equivalent)
Proven track record of running a business
Strong financial literacy
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to balance HQ and Franchise Partners with conflicting interests
