🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement or field GTM roles with direct sales partnership.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B motions incl. multi-threaded Enterprise/Strategic deals.
  • Proven ability to improve pipeline quality, deals, and win rates.
  • Experience partnering with frontline managers and sales leaders to improve execution.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize high-impact, revenue-focused work.
