📋 Description

• Lead drafting, writing, and editing of complex technical proposal sections.
• Ensure responses align with RFP requirements and customer expectations.
• Translate Appian platform capabilities into clear proposal language.
• Interview and collaborate with engineers, architects, PMs, and federal sales.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across proposal materials.
• Partner with sales to draft customer-focused technical white papers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years writing, editing, and managing technical proposals.
• Strong writing and communication for complex technical content.
• Understanding of the U.S. Federal Government acquisition process.
• Knowledge of U.S. Navy infrastructure, operations, or logistics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, or tech.
• Ability to support SMEs with requirements analysis and content development.

🎁 Benefits
