🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS and JD; member of CA, NY or applicable bar.
  • 4+ years legal experience; at least 2 years in-house on revenue deals.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise cloud, infrastructure and SaaS agreements.
  • Experience supporting sales with high-volume commercial transactions.
  • Demonstrated SaaS product knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and across offices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; analytical skills; attention to detail.
