Serve as Loft's primary contact for facilities issues (contractors, landlords, officials).
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting work as needed.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years’ experience in facilities maintenance operations
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with tight timelines
Excellent written and oral communication
Self-starter; works independently
Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting tools
Lift ~50 lbs and operate pallet jack
