🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in experiential/consumer marketing in entertainment/music brands
  • Proven leader of end-to-end production of live campaigns and scaling impact
  • Experience with artists, creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Balance creativity with operational rigor; manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders
  • Highly organized; manage multiple priorities with clear communication
  • Strong collaborator; align diverse stakeholders toward a shared goal
  • Fluent in Korean and English with strong storytelling skills
  • Deep understanding of K-pop culture and audiences
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, or Keynote
