- Balance creativity with operational rigor; manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders
- Highly organized; manage multiple priorities with clear communication
- Strong collaborator; align diverse stakeholders toward a shared goal
- Fluent in Korean and English with strong storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of K-pop culture and audiences
- Comfortable with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, or Keynote
