📋 Description

  • Google Calendaring, expense reports and travel management
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including attendee management and room setup
  • Create and edit documents and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Lead the organization of internal events (e.g., Global Leadership Meetings, Team Events)
  • Provide support during Customer or Executive meetings in the Raleigh office

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an SVP or VP, ideally in a fast-growing IT Company, Consulting Industry or Banking
  • Experience in a tech-driven environment - ideally supporting Sales Leaders and Teams
  • Ideally you bring a high interest for Tech topics
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
  • Perfect command in English (written and spoken)
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones
