- Google Calendaring, expense reports and travel management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including attendee management and room setup
- Create and edit documents and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Lead the organization of internal events (e.g., Global Leadership Meetings, Team Events)
- Provide support during Customer or Executive meetings in the Raleigh office
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an SVP or VP, ideally in a fast-growing IT Company, Consulting Industry or Banking
- Experience in a tech-driven environment - ideally supporting Sales Leaders and Teams
- Ideally you bring a high interest for Tech topics
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Perfect command in English (written and spoken)
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones
