Overview

Everlaw is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Oakland, California. In this role you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound inquiries, and scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives. You will collaborate with marketing and sales to drive pipeline and help scale our cloud-based legal technology platform.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers in the legal tech market.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and assist in pipeline development.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets.
  • Stay current on industry trends and Everlaw product updates.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an SDR or BDR role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
  • Team player with a growth mindset.
