Evaluation Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and build a cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, and data scientists.
• Design pipelines, tools, and dashboards to measure autonomy performance.
• Work closely with simulation and software teams to leverage data and metrics.
• Lead technical projects; contribute as an IC while managing the team.
• Participate in architecture discussions with researchers and engineers.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to coach direct reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in autonomous vehicles with 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML models, ideally in self-driving.
• MS/PhD or BS in CS, Data Science, Robotics, or related field.
• Strong statistical background.
• Experience with system design/architecture and algorithms.
• Open-minded, collaborative team player.
