Ethyca is a privacy tech company focused on helping organizations govern and protect data with confidence. We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team and help build a scalable pipeline.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Account Executives. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
- Perform high-quality discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Document and update prospect information in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Track activity, metrics, and progress toward targets
- Maintain a strong understanding of Ethyca’s value proposition and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in sales, inside sales, or related customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn for prospecting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
