Equity and Executive Compensation Director

📋 Description

• Lead design and analysis of executive compensation incl. base, incentives, equity
• Deliver end-to-end equity programs (RSUs, PSUs), grant processes and budgeting
• Administer executive compensation plans and governance processes
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis for equity pay
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors on disclosures

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in compensation with exec and equity program leadership
• Strong data modeling and analysis with Excel/Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of executive compensation structures and equity programs
• Experience benchmarking and market analyses for equity pay
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Global perspective across regions and regulations
