  • Own end-to-end sales for Enterprise retail accounts, from pipeline to close.
  • Build and manage a pipeline at 3–5x quota for steady deal flow.
  • Lead complex negotiations with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account plans for long-term growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to structure deals.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making using pipeline analytics, forecasting tools, and performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Omnichannel environments
  • Strong track record in Enterprise B2B sales, including pipeline ownership and revenue targets
  • Proven experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management, including C-level engagement
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, unit economics, deal structuring)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
