- Experience in consultative engagement for service/outcome-based solutions.
- Exposure to hybrid talent models or alternative delivery.
- Proven enterprise mid-market track record with $250M-$2B revenue.
- Ability to build account plans and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Regular travel; engaging mid-to-senior executives.
