- Experience building or scaling enterprise sales motions in multi-country environments.
- Strong command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue governance.
- Proven ability to hire and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at C level.
- Data-driven approach to performance management and operational excellence.
- Experience working in or with EMEA markets.
