  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably software.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; build rapport with customers.
  • Experience conducting product demos and training sessions.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
