  • Senior leader and strategic partner for Alma’s largest health plan partnerships.
  • Build relationships with health plan executives across network, clinical, product, sales.
  • Lead strategic plans to exceed growth and retention targets for health plans.
  • Track partnership performance and optimize strategies based on trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives and integrate programs.
  • Assess competition and craft retention and sales strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to evolve health plan programs; negotiate resources.
  • Lead partnership presentations on strategy and program evolution.
  • Be the voice of the customer to advocate for needs and drive process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales, partnerships or strategic accounts in healthcare.
  • Experience managing and expanding relationships with national and regional health plans.
  • Proven ability to influence executives and key stakeholders.
  • Experience upselling and retaining customers to drive revenue.
  • Strong relationship-building and ability to resolve disputes with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
