  • Primary contact for assigned aviation customers; resolve issues and maintain relationships.
  • Own accounts to realize forecasted revenue; communicate readiness, requirements, schedules, risks.
  • Guide customers to high Starlink performance; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Travel to partners' offices and events to represent Starlink in the region.
  • Lead system enhancements and automations to improve internal and external interfaces.
  • Manage complex contracts, including intake, renegotiation, and post-signing schedules.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or high school + 6+ yrs exp.
  • 6+ years in business development, aviation ops, engineering, or account management.
  • 6+ years working with customers to support a technical product or service.
  • Experience with FAA, EASA, or aerospace regulatory bodies.
  • Significant knowledge in commercial aviation, satellite communications, and account management.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering under deadlines.
