  • Data-savvy with ability to translate data challenges into insights for senior stakeholders
  • AI experience and ability to use AI tools for analysis and workload optimization
  • Languages: Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Ownership mindset and persistence; drive multi-month initiatives
