  • Renew, upsell and cross-sell an assigned book with growth focus.
  • Learn your book to position Handshake's value to customer business issues.
  • Build relationships with senior executives at partner companies (Director/SVP/VP/C-suite).
  • Develop new ways to engage executives across the lifecycle and demonstrate Handshake's value.
  • Partner with our Employer Customer Success Team to ensure adoption and success.
  • Manage and present data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Enterprise SaaS sales or Account Management
  • 5+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role
  • Experience preparing renewal proposals, forecasting, and account planning
  • Proven quota attainment on a high-growth team
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 executives (evangelical sales)
  • Experience collaborating with a Customer Success team
