📋 Description

  • Own Tremendous’ GTM motion for 2-3 industry verticals.
  • Build deep domain knowledge: buyers, use cases, landscape.
  • Develop senior-level relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Focus on high-impact, profitable programs.
  • Source, develop, and close large, complex deals.
  • Represent Tremendous at industry conferences and meetings.
  • Partner with Strategy, PMM, and Marketing to refine messaging.
  • Serve as primary feedback source to inform future vertical expansion.
  • Help turn early wins into repeatable playbooks over time.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years in B2B sales with quota-carrying AE.
  • Experience selling in trust-driven, relationship-based industries.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building pipeline.
  • Strong executive presence; navigate senior buyer conversations.
  • Patience and discipline to invest ahead of revenue.
  • Clear, concise written communication; documentation-first.
  • High ownership mentality; own outcomes, not just activity.
  • Builder mindset; create and refine structure where none exists.
