🎯 Requirements
- 6–10 years in B2B sales with quota-carrying AE.
- Experience selling in trust-driven, relationship-based industries.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building pipeline.
- Strong executive presence; navigate senior buyer conversations.
- Patience and discipline to invest ahead of revenue.
- Clear, concise written communication; documentation-first.
- High ownership mentality; own outcomes, not just activity.
- Builder mindset; create and refine structure where none exists.
