- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in state/local government space.
- Extensive experience with government contracting vehicles and procurement mechanisms.
- Excellent relationship-building across levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders, including cloud providers and SI.
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail in execution.
- Familiarity with state data privacy laws and security compliance frameworks.
- A passion for safe and ethical AI development in government contexts.
- Bachelorbalb degree or equivalent experience.
