  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution.
  • Experience navigating complex procurement processes and compliance.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in state/local government space.
  • Extensive experience with government contracting vehicles and procurement mechanisms.
  • Excellent relationship-building across levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders, including cloud providers and SI.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail in execution.
  • Familiarity with state data privacy laws and security compliance frameworks.
  • A passion for safe and ethical AI development in government contexts.
  • Bachelorbal b degree or equivalent experience.
