๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years SaaS selling as Enterprise AE or sales leader with consistent quota over-achievement.
- Proven success selling SaaS or disruptive tech to enterprise clients, NZ markets preferred.
- End-to-end complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders and multiple decision-makers.
- Strong business English; confident engaging senior leaders.
- Coaching/mentoring experience in sales or product teams preferred.
- Storytelling and consultative selling; delivering tailored value propositions.
- Motivated, independent, goal-driven with a focus on personal and team growth.
