  • Own and grow a portfolio of NZ enterprise & large commercial accounts through consultative selling.
  • Regularly travel to New Zealand to build client relationships.
  • Lead sales conversations aligning XM solutions with client goals.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Coach and support Account Executives by sharing best practices and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategy and demand generation.

  • 10+ years SaaS selling as Enterprise AE or sales leader with consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Proven success selling SaaS or disruptive tech to enterprise clients, NZ markets preferred.
  • End-to-end complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders and multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong business English; confident engaging senior leaders.
  • Coaching/mentoring experience in sales or product teams preferred.
  • Storytelling and consultative selling; delivering tailored value propositions.
  • Motivated, independent, goal-driven with a focus on personal and team growth.
