🎯 Requirements

  • Track record of winning new logos and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of how loyalty programs are evaluated, budgeted, implemented at scale
  • Ability to speak credibly to legacy models' limitations and position Accrue
  • Excellent communicator with senior stakeholders across marketing and finance
  • Self-directed and energized by startup environments
