- Ability to run high-volume pipelines in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in ICM and/or CRM/SaaS tech space; become a product subject matter expert.
- Hustle, determination, entrepreneurial mindset, customer-centric approach.
- Proven success selling into LATAM larger companies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
