- Lead discovery on business impact and ROI; manage multi-stakeholder negotiations to close.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to accelerate deal velocity.
π― Requirements
- 4+ years as a sales hunter (new logo) with proven SaaS experience
- Full English and German language skills
- Track record of hitting/exceeding quota in B2B SaaS with large, complex orgs
- Articulate business value of enterprise tech to senior executives
- Structured, disciplined with accountability for forecast accuracy and pipeline
- Sales methodology experience (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale) a plus
