- 7+ years solution/value selling experience
- 3+ years Enterprise Accounts experience
- 2+ years selling to Enterprise accounts in Mexico
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to create demand
- Consistent YoY quota attainment and growing an enterprise portfolio
- Proven success selling new business and new logos
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Navigate client organizations and develop multi-department leadership contacts
- Provide insights to improve customers' business operations
- Data-driven account planning with proactive opportunity sourcing
- Self-starter with a strong team focus
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- Automation-first mindset
- Ability to travel ~50%
- Authorized to work in the United States
