📋 Description

  • Define and execute a clear territory plan with growth targets.
  • Lead a cross-functional virtual team: Partners, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Renewals, Services, and Business Development.
  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with customers in NSW and New Zealand.
  • Champion Okta’s value through executive-level presentations, tailored demonstrations, and strategic engagements.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in identity, security, and cloud transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of field sales experience in complex environments.
  • Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS to large orgs.
  • Experience with GSIs and partner channels.
  • Strong new business development with account planning.
  • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and solution selling.
