  • Find and engage with CXO-level executives at Fortune-class enterprises.
  • Build relationships with execs across ops, tech, finance, and procurement.
  • Understand customer needs, present solutions, and drive PolyAI adoption.
  • Meet/exceed goals for new customers, bookings, and revenue.
  • Use CRM and other tools to track sales activity.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to prospects and customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience selling to enterprise decision makers (execs, business and tech leaders).
  • Sales experience with call center operations in hospitality, insurance and finance preferred.
  • Proven success selling to enterprise-class customers in hospitality, travel, insurance, and finance.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS and performance software; able to communicate analytical results.
  • Ability to develop customer-specific proposals and business cases.
