  • Engage with executives at Fortune-class enterprises to grow new business
  • Build relationships with teams in operations, technology, finance and procurement
  • Understand customer needs, present solutions, and drive adoption of PolyAI
  • Meet or exceed targets for new customers, bookings, and revenue
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, qualification, account plans and pipeline
  • Use CRM and other tools to track activity and reporting

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience selling to enterprise decision makers including execs, business and tech leaders
  • Sales experience with Call Center ops in hospitality, insurance, finance preferred
  • Proven results meeting/exceeding sales goals, contracts, revenue
  • Experience selling SaaS, systems and performance software; explain analytics
  • Proven ability to develop customer-specific proposals and business cases
  • Ability to communicate complex benefits to early adopters; AI knowledge a plus
