- Sales experience with Call Center ops in hospitality, insurance, finance preferred
- Proven results meeting/exceeding sales goals, contracts, revenue
- Experience selling SaaS, systems and performance software; explain analytics
- Proven ability to develop customer-specific proposals and business cases
- Ability to communicate complex benefits to early adopters; AI knowledge a plus
