📋 Description

  • Own and grow a strategic enterprise territory across Germany/DACH
  • Drive net-new business and expand AppZen’s footprint in complex orgs
  • Build and execute account plans across multiple business units
  • Maintain a strong pipeline focused on high-value opportunities
  • Manage long sales cycles (6–12+ months) with large deals
  • Lead exec-level talks with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement leaders
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and global buying committees
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Eng, Product, and Leadership
  • Partner with regional system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on new business
  • Proven success selling to large, complex enterprises (DAX, Fortune 1000)
  • Track record of exceeding quota and closing multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior finance stakeholders
  • Strong account planning and territory management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: €98,000 – €120,000
  • Variable (commission): €98,000 – €120,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): €196,000 – €240,000
  • Equity participation (subject to plan terms)
