- Maintain a strong pipeline focused on high-value opportunities

- Lead exec-level talks with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement leaders
- Navigate complex procurement processes and global buying committees
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Eng, Product, and Leadership
- Partner with regional system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on new business
- Proven success selling to large, complex enterprises (DAX, Fortune 1000)
- Track record of exceeding quota and closing multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience engaging with C-level and senior finance stakeholders
- Strong account planning and territory management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary: €98,000 – €120,000
- Variable (commission): €98,000 – €120,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): €196,000 – €240,000
- Equity participation (subject to plan terms)
