SVP, Partner Relations

Job Overview

Ensemble is seeking an experienced executive to lead Partner Relations. The SVP, Partner Relations will define and execute the company's partner strategy, build and manage strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through alliances. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and legal, to maximize partner value and ensure successful go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Ensemble's partner strategy and roadmap
• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances
• Negotiate agreements, terms, and performance metrics with partners
• Lead cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, product, and legal to drive partner-driven growth
• Oversee partner onboarding, enablement, governance, and performance measurement
• Forecast partner-led revenue and report on progress to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably in SaaS/tech
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to travel as needed and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
