📋 Description

• Identify and understand prospective students’ needs.
• Use critical thinking to assess each prospect’s needs.
• Outreach to prospects via phone, text and email with cadence.
• Qualify inquiries and guide timely application progression.
• Articulate institutional offerings to individuals and audiences.
• Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry to deposit.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (and possibly graduate experience)
• 1+ years in higher ed, admissions, recruitment, or sales (preferred)
• Project management experience preferred
• Positive attitude with grit, drive, and persistence
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
